本次放映集合了来自中国，巴勒斯坦，韩国，斯里兰卡，巴西，阿根廷和南非的艺术家的短片作品。燃烧地图关注全球紧急状态中试图跨越与联结线性时间和打破地域边界的实验影像，这些作品涉及殖民主义批判，创伤记忆，亲缘关系，以及图像与想象的界限，它们在图像语言的边缘以激进的形式共同探索了重新阐述、理解、重构世界的可能。本次放映的全部所得收入将捐献给Gaza Soup Kitchen，用于在遭受战争侵蚀的加沙地带持续为上千个家庭和它们的孩子提供营养餐食。

This screening presents a collection of short films by filmmakers from China, Palestine, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Brazil, Argentina, and South Africa. Burning Atlas focuses on experimental shorts that traverse linear time and break through geographical boundaries amid global states of emergency. These works engage with themes of anti-colonial critique, traumatic memory, kinship, and the limits of image and imagination. Situated at the edge of visual language, they collectively explore radical forms of re-narration, understanding, and reconstruction of the world.  All the tickets from this screening will be donated to Gaza Soup Kitchen to help continue providing nutritious meals to thousands of families and their children affected by the war in Gaza.
